Data & Account Deletion
Last updated: 21 August 2026
This page explains how to have your Yasqut
account and data deleted — for both the Yasqut customer
app (com.yasqut.customer) and the Yasqut Driver
app (com.yasqut.driver).
How to request deletion
Accounts in Yasqut are created and managed by the delivery business (the “operator”) you deal with, so there is no self-service delete button inside the apps. To have your account removed:
- Ask your operator directly — they can deactivate and delete your record; or
- Email admin@yasqut.com from the address or phone number on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”, telling us which app you use and your name.
We verify the request against the account holder, then act on it within 30 days and confirm by email when it is done.
What gets deleted
- Your profile: name, email address, phone number, delivery addresses
- Your sign-in credentials and any active sessions
- Delivery preferences and subscription settings
- Delivery photos and captured signatures linked to you
- Precise location points recorded from the driver app
What is kept, and why
Some records cannot be erased immediately because the operator is legally required to hold them:
- Invoices, payments and ledger entries — kept for the retention period required by tax and accounting law, then deleted. Where possible they are de-identified so they no longer name you.
- Unsettled balances or returnable bottles still with you — the account is closed only once outstanding amounts and returnable stock are settled.
- Aggregate statistics — counts and totals that contain no personal data are retained.
Backups are rotated on a fixed schedule; deleted data disappears from backups as those rotate, within 90 days at the outside.
Just want to sign out?
Signing out in the app clears the stored token from your device. It does not delete your account — use the steps above for that.
