Privacy Policy

Last updated: 21 August 2026

This policy explains what the Yasqut Android apps — Yasqut (customer) and Yasqut Driver — collect, why, and what your choices are. Both apps are used together with the Yasqut web platform operated at https://yasqut.com.

Who runs these apps

Yasqut is delivery-management software supplied to water delivery businesses. Each business (the “operator”) uses it to serve its own customers and manage its own drivers. The operator decides what customer and driver records exist; Yasqut processes that data on the operator's behalf. If you are a delivery customer or a driver, the operator you deal with is your first point of contact, and you can also reach us at admin@yasqut.com.

Accounts

Neither app lets you sign yourself up. Accounts are created by the operator and issued to you. You sign in with an email address or phone number and a password.

What we collect

DataAppWhy
Name, phone number, email address Both Identify your account, contact you about a delivery.
Delivery address Customer Deliver your order; plan the route it sits on.
Orders, subscriptions, bottle balance, invoices, payments Customer Run your account: what was delivered, what is owed, what is due next.
Precise location Driver Show the driver their route, confirm they are at the delivery point, and let the operator follow the day's progress. Collected only while the app is open and in use — there is no background or always-on location tracking.
Camera — delivery photos and barcode/QR scans Driver Proof of delivery and scanning bottle/asset codes. Photos are taken in-app and uploaded against the delivery. The app does not read your photo gallery in the background.
Signature drawn on screen Driver Proof that a delivery was received.
Sign-in token, app settings Both Keep you signed in and remember your preferences. The token is held in the device's encrypted storage (Android Keystore).
Basic technical data — app version, device type, error details Both Diagnose crashes and faults.

We do not collect or store payment card details in either app, we do not use advertising or cross-app tracking identifiers, and we do not sell personal data.

Permissions the apps ask for

You can withdraw any permission at any time in Android Settings → Apps → Permissions.

Who your data is shared with

Data is not shared with anyone else, and never for advertising.

How it is protected

All traffic between the apps and our servers uses HTTPS. Sign-in tokens are stored in the device's encrypted keystore. Access on the operator side is restricted by role-based permissions, and account activity is logged.

How long it is kept

Account, delivery and billing records are kept while your account is active and afterwards for as long as the operator needs them for accounting and tax purposes. Delivery photos and signatures are kept as proof of delivery. Diagnostic logs are kept for a short period only.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for your account and data to be deleted. See Data & Account Deletion for how, or write to admin@yasqut.com.

Children

These apps are business tools and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with an updated date. Significant changes will also be announced in the apps.
