Terms of Service

These terms cover use of the Yasqut customer app, the Yasqut Driver app, and the Yasqut web platform (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you accept them.

What the Service is

Yasqut is delivery-management software licensed to water delivery businesses (each an “operator”). The operator sells and delivers the water and equipment; Yasqut supplies the software that records and coordinates it. Any dispute about a delivery, a price or a bill is between you and your operator.

Accounts

• Accounts are issued by an operator. You may not create one yourself.
• Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Tell your operator immediately if you think someone else has your credentials.
• An operator may suspend or close an account it issued.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to break the law, do not attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, do not probe or interfere with the systems behind it, and do not reverse-engineer, resell or copy the apps.

Drivers

The driver app records location while it is open and in use, captures photos and signatures as proof of delivery, and logs deliveries and cash collected. Drivers must operate the app safely and must not interact with it while the vehicle is moving. Follow all applicable traffic law; route guidance is an aid, not an instruction.

Orders, deliveries and payment

Prices, subscription plans, delivery windows, bottle deposits and payment terms are set by your operator, and shown in the app as the operator has configured them. Returnable containers stay the property of the operator and must be returned. Yasqut does not itself take payment from delivery customers.

Availability

We aim to keep the Service running, but it is provided “as is” without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, network faults and the limits of mobile connectivity can interrupt it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Yasqut is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or loss of data arising from use of the Service. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

These terms may be updated; the current version is always on this page. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
